I haved saved Mateo as well. I don't know what romance level i am missing from antonio.
I've followed the guide and still haven't obtained Antonio's perfect ending. I'm sure my madness is low though.

Has anyone obtained antonio's perfect ending? For some reason, I keep getting his good ending, despite following the guide. I have tried with 0 madness & low (only 1 time tentacle sex) madness.

Antonio's perfect ending is not triggered, instead it triggers bad ending cthuhlu unleashed. Is it a bug?
